The large sliding glass doors provide direct access to the patio, barbecue area and garden opposite.
Remaining on the ground floor, adjacent to the lounge there is a modern kitchen equipped with hob unit, refrigerator, dishwasher and sink, with a door leading directly to the outdoor patio.
The first floor, which may be accessed either by the stairs or the indoor lift, is composed of a large single area with a bedroom with two queen-sized beds and a comfortable lounge. The bathroom is equipped with a hydromassage tub and shower. The light-filled bedroom leads directly to the roomy terrace-solarium from which guests may enjoy a fantastic sea view.
